The Coordinator, Operations Support, reporting to the Manager, Technical Services, is responsible to support day-to-day operational activities within our clients On-Street portfolio by driving continuous improvement efforts, supporting the planning, execution and delivery of critical operational activities, supporting the coordination of various cash handling and processing functions by leveraging key performance indicators, changing operational trends and best in class practices with multiple stakeholders to deliver an effective and efficient operation.

-Post-secondary school diploma or degree or combination of education, training and/or experience in the
transportation industry, operations, customer service or equivalent experience.
-Minimum 3 years related experience.
-Proficiency using all Microsoft Office applications, with ability to acquire knowledge of SAP.
-Must possess a valid Class G Drivers License for the Province of Ontario-Minimum 3 years related experience.
-Previous experience using SAP and Power BI considered an asset.
-Knowledge of City of Toronto Municipal Code, relevant by-laws and regulations related to On-Street parking would be considered an asset.
