Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Consultant to spearhead the business and technology pilot rollout of Microsoft Copilot for a major bank in Canada, focusing on roll out in Insurance domain. This role focuses most heavily on the technical aspects of Copilot usage and the broader Windows environment, rather than traditional project management mechanics. This person will be responsible for project management and delivery of this roll out and must have the experience to strategize and capture the business use cases and solve issues related to technical data integration/controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the MS Copilot initiative.
- Collaborate with pilot teams to explore and innovate on the application and use cases of MS Copilot.
- Address technical issues related to data integration.
- Capture and document the explicit business benefits of individual use cases.
- Provide technical guidance and support within the Windows/Microsoft technology stack including MS Copilot.

- Proven experience in leading projects, specifically rollouts of Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong understanding of MS Copilot and its technical context, use cases, and 3rd party integration processes.
- Understanding of data integration and controls for new system rollouts.
- Ability to work closely with business and technical teams to drive project success and delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide hands on support in MS Copilot and related systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Previous experience in the banking, financial services, or insurance industry.
Familiarity with broader Microsoft technologies and tools.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and ideally Copilot and Salesforce integrations.
