Job Description

Insight Global is hiring on behalf of a leading automation companys Life Sciences division for a Quality Systems Specialist. This role involves operating and improving quality processes, analyzing data using statistical methods to address non-compliance issues, and developing data and audit systems to identify and correct deficiencies through a cross-functional approach. The candidate will uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, confidentiality, health and safety, and compliance with corporate policies, while also leading or participating in continual improvement initiatives with an emphasis on the execution of change management.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of ISO requirements 9001
- Capable of performing basic measurements using hand tools (calipers/micrometers, etc)
- Proficient in blueprint reading and knowledge of measurement principles, able to interpret CMM reports and experience with tight tolerances
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Intermediate level experience
- Strong problem solving, verbal, and written communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Lean and or six/sigma experience
- CMM programming
- Current trained Internal ISO auditor
