Insight Global is seeking an experienced BSA to join our client in the HCM space on a 6-month contract basis. The BSA reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. They write user stories that describe the system specifications for the development teams to code. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They must have a journalistic mindset, as well as comfort handling ambiguity. This role is 3x/week onsite in Etobicoke, ON.

-5+ years of experience as a BSA/BA, preferably within a large enterprise
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and recommend solutions.
-Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and IT systems.
-Experience with business process improvement and software implementation
-Must be able to work 3x/week onsite in Etobicoke, ON
-Certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are an asset
