Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Analyst to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills who are eager to learn and contribute to data-driven decision-making. You will work alongside senior analysts to analyze data, generate insights, and support business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.

Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.

Support senior analysts in data interpretation and problem-solving.

Work with teams across departments to improve processes based on analytical findings.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and reporting.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
