Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Project Manager / Project Control Officer (PCO) to support enterprise-scale initiatives at a top-tier Canadian bank. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They have proven experience managing project financials, organizational tracking, stakeholder coordination and conducting administrative tasks. Required Skills & Experience

13 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role within the banking/financial industry
Strong exposure to project financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting (ideally managing budgets in the multi-million-dollar range)
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing priorities with tight deadlines
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight in an enterprise setting
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate across business and technical

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with bank-specific tools or systems
Understanding of banking terminology and processes
Resourceful and tenaciouscan problem-solve and move tasks forward without hand-holding
Able to build relationships quickly and match the vibe of a collaborative and fast-moving team
Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional, accountable, and self-motivated
