Insight Global is looking for a Content Writer + Editor to join a large banking client on a 6 month contract based in Toronto. The successful candidate will join a team handling content requests to make content changes or write content for net new processes for multiple lines of businesses. Experience working as a content writer with MS word, SharePoint Editor, and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment is crucial to succeed in this role. Please note, this role is hybrid every Wednesday & third Friday of the month in the Downtown Toronto area.

- 3 years experience working as a content writer for medium-large size organizations
- Strong experience working with MS word
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally. Proactive communication on ability to take on more requests.
- Bachelors degree in communication, English, technical writing, or equivalent.
- Experience with SharePoint Editor for content writing and editing
- Experience with HTML troubleshooting
- Experience with Jira for tracking
