We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage billing projects within our commercial organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, invoicing for commercial clients, and experience with billing platforms such as XAA. This role requires a deep understanding of both business and technical aspects, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee billing projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Implement and optimize billing processes, including XAA.
Lead projects that involve billing platforms and associated processes.
Handle invoicing for commercial clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate with capital markets or business clients to understand their billing needs.
Manage billing for large-scale businesses from the bank.
Work closely with tech counterparts to ensure seamless integration of billing systems.
Provide clarity and direction to the team and stakeholders.
Utilize Power BI and dashboards for financial health analysis.
Create and present PowerPoint decks to communicate project status and outcomes.
Be open to both technical and business aspects of the projects.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and team members.
