Insight Global is looking for a Client Service Advisor to join one of the big 5 banks in downtown Toronto. This is a hybrid role which requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the downtown Toronto office. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a general mailbox and phone line that internal and external clients send requests to and assisting these requests by then delegating them to other teams.
The successful candidate with also be responsible for addressing these inquires by creating cases, generating professional correspondence, identifying transactions, creating tickets, and following up on the status of existing tickets to successfully resolve these inquires. The candidate will primarily use MS Outlook and ServiceNow ticketing system
