Job Description

As a Product Designer for Digital Health, you will play a crucial role in transforming how Canadians access and manage their health. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow designers to create innovative solutions that enhance user experiences within our digital health offerings. Reporting into the Design Lead on a team of four designers, youll create solutions that improve healthcare accessibility and outcomes for millions of people.

Youll be skilled in interaction design and design research validation, working in a collaborative environment with a fantastic culture. You will partner with team members across the organization to contribute to the overall success of Loblaw Digital and ensure meaningful impacts on our customers lives.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience working in product design

A portfolio with recent case studies demonstrating:

Beautifully designed accessible digital experiences that you have shipped at scale.
Experience balancing stakeholder needs with technical constraints during problem framing and solutioning.
Ability to use design as a tool for identifying key questions/problems while exploring solutionsand defining/measuring success metrics.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) used to measure effectiveness of your work.
