Insight Global is seeking a Change Management Lead for a Big 5 Canadian banking client for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension and/or eventual conversion to full time permanent.
The successful candidate with primarily be supporting with change management for a large-scale digital transformation with the bank's homebuyer customer journey. Additional projects will be assigned on an ad hoc basis and as per capacity. Key responsibilities include:
Leading Homebuyer Transformation change initiatives
Designing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes
Developing and delivering training programs related to change management
Monitoring and measuring the impact of change, including changes in employee behavior and attitudes
Communicating effectively with employees about changes and how they will be affected
Identifying potential risks and anticipating resistance to change
Providing coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them manage their teams through transitions
