Insight Global is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join a leading bank in Downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and documenting approximately 120 processes, conducting Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure process integrity and congruency. This role is critical to the success of a larger project focused on enhancing commercial banking products.
Project Context:
The project focuses on cash management and online banking for large corporations.
It includes day-to-day banking online, facilitating wire payments, sending and receiving money, and managing account and credit balances.
The system allows different levels of access for various employees within a business.
The project aims to enhance client experience by providing a more user-friendly interface for managing restrictions themselves.
We plan to consolidate three systems into one, improving the user experience and introducing new processes and procedures for back, mid, and front office operations
Key Responsibilities:
Review current procedures and create process maps for both current and future states.
Conduct Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and tighten effects and procedures.
Update control logs and processes.
Collaborate with business and operational teams to hand off procedure documents.
Ensure end-to-end process integrity and congruency.
Work with stakeholders to ensure proper documentation.

2-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer.
Strong documentation skills, particularly with Visio.
Experience with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work with stakeholders to ensure proper documentation.
Experience in documenting processes for client-facing applications, serviced by mid-office or back-office teams.
Experience in commercial banking.
Experience in cash management.
