Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Server Analyst to join the Network Operations team within a leading Insurance company for a fully remote opportunity. The successful candidate's responsibilities are listed below.
· Provide production support for our current install base of physical, virtual, and cloud- based Windows and Linux server technologies. This includes installing, patching, monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining the server infrastructure.
· Support implementation of new projects, environments, capacity additions, and major release builds.
· Responsible for Windows and Linux systems vulnerability scanning and remediation.
· Maintain documentation for configurations, operations, support process, and troubleshooting procedures.
· Responsible to comply with corporate IT and Security policies.
· The ability to work occasional early or late shifts to support changes.

Required Skills & Experience
-A university degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
· Minimum of 5 years' experience in Enterprise class IT environments working.
· Experience deploying software and performing configuration management.
· Clear and effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of internal and external customers.
· Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
· Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to creatively develop solutions to problems.
· Must be a team player with the ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
· Experience with the following is required:
o Microsoft Server Operating Systems including Active Directory Management
o Virtualization uncluding VMWare
o Cloud/hybrid offerings -- preference for Azure and GCP
o Commvault data protection
o Linux Server Operating Systems (installing, patching, monitoring, optimizing, etc)
o Kemp Loadmasters knowledge
o Automation tools like Ansible, and scripting tools like Powershell
