Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Banking IPC Tech Lead to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and investment banking, with hands-on experience in IPC systems and voice recording technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage IPC systems and ensure they are compliant with industry standards.
Collaborate with users to resolve incidents and provide technical support.
Work closely with engineers for version control and system updates.
Ensure voice recording systems are compliant and functioning correctly.
Manage the trading floor infrastructure and provide hands-on support.
Oversee private wire services and Cisco core manager operations.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Hands on Managing IPC systems and ensuring compliance.
Working with users to resolve incidents and provide support.
Collaborating with engineers for version control and updates.
Ensuring voice recording systems are compliant.
Managing the trading floor infrastructure and providing hands-on support.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years working with IPC Unigey advanced qualifications
Cisco Call Manager Knowledge
Good understandings of Voice Recording and carrier services (5+ years)
Previous experience working on IPC systems.
Completion of Uniegy courses
Basic understanding of voice recording technologies.
Hands-on experience with IPC basic, Uniegy basic, and Uniegy advanced courses.
Knowledge of voice recording systems such as Verint.
Experience with private wire services and Cisco core manager.
