Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow BSA/QA to join one of the top 5 banks. This individual is required to have extensive knowledge of the tasks associated with a BSA including full life cycle of business requirements and formalities. This individual will be joining the IAM onboarding team in developing a internal portal in ServiceNow to be a one stop shop for all internal teams to navigate and flow within. This individual should have a background and hands on experience as a QA to be able to have the skills to complete testing of various ServiceNow applications
