Insight Global is looking for a Mobile DevOps Engineer to join a large marketing and advertising organization in the Greater Toronto Area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in automating CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications developed using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with Bitrise for mobile builds and Fastlane for iOS certificate and provisioning profile management. This role requires expertise in GitHub Actions, webhooks, status checks, and supporting Appium automated ui regression tests on BrowserStack, with a strong emphasis on documentation and process improvement.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in mobile application development and deployment, particularly using Flutter for iOS and Android.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, specifically Bitrise and GitHub Actions.
- Proficient with Fastlane for iOS automation (certificates, provisioning profiles).
- Experience with Appium for automated testing and familiarity with BrowserStack.
- Familiarity with security practices in DevOps and mobile application development.
- Experience with webhooks, status checks, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with additional mobile development frameworks or tools.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
