Information Security Specialist

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Risk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and advising on enterprise risk governance, particularly in the context of technology changes in infrastructure, including cloud, AI, enterprise hosting, and core security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk advisory services related to technology changes in infrastructure, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Manage audit processes and provide consulting services for infrastructure and engineering, focusing on compliance with standards such as PCI-DSS, SOX, BASEL, and others.
- Collaborate with teams to implement strong governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
- Analyze and assess risks associated with cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and standard infrastructure.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure the organization remains compliant and secure.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in risk advisory roles, particularly in enterprise risk governance.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including US Federal Reserve Bank, Bank of Canada / OSFI, SWIFT, and Payments Canada.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure security.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with audit management and consulting in the financial sector.
- Understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
