Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce QA to join a leading insurance client. You will be joining the digital advisory team working on a large program. With new features being added, this role is crucial for ensuring seamless integration and coordination across multiple teams. Responsibilities will include leading the end to end integrations, developing and implementing strategy and test plans, querying data, and working with high level stakeholders. This is a hybrid role that will require the successful candidate to go onsite 1/month in the Guelph or Mississauga locations.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience as a QA
Experience as a QA lead
3+ years of Salesforce experience in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
CRM customer relationship management expertise
Proficiency in data management and data queries

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with automation
Salesforce certifications
Knowledge of Genesys contact center processes (integration, testing, chatbot)
Background in the financial industry, specifically with data privacy
