Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a Change Management Lead with extensive experience to oversee the change management process for our SAP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and foster team dynamics in a large corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the change management efforts for the SAP implementation project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement practical change management processes and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the SAP project.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and address change impacts, ensuring smooth transitions during implementation and migration phases.
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns related to change management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes team success.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to prepare teams for changes associated with the SAP implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
- 20 years of experience in Change Management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role (Lead or Director).
- Previous experience working in a large company, ideally in a similar industry.
- Proven experience with SAP projects, including implementations and migrations.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and establish effective team dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, with an even-keeled personality that promotes positive interactions.
