Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Coordinator candidate will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. This position is key in the flow of customer orders to production. The Coordinator will facilitate inter departmental collaboration along with communicating directly with customers to maintain positive relationships. In this role you must be a self-starter and detail oriented as well as adaptable.

Required Skills & Experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· Post Secondary Education with Business Administration preferred.
· 2+ years of experience with product Order Management, Customer Service, and Sales Support
· EDI experience, Microsoft Office, AS400
· Must have excellent administrative, organization, project management and follow-up skills.
· Excellent attention to details, results oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Possess Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
· Reliable and Flexible.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Bilingual, French and English, spoken and written is an asset.
