Insight Global is seeking an experienced Director, Training and Partnerships to join a leading financial institution in Toronto on a 12-month contract basis with the possibility of conversion. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs to enhance data literacy and competency across the organization. This role involves fostering strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and academic institutions to support data initiatives and collaborative projects. Main responsibilities include promoting data governance and compliance, leading knowledge-sharing initiatives such as learning workshops and webinars, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, the role supports data literacy campaigns and collaborates on strategic data projects to ensure successful implementation and integration of data solutions. The Director, Training and Partnerships will have 3-4 direct reports. This role is 2x/week onsite + every 4th Friday in downtown Toronto.

-7+ years of relevant experience with a focus on organizational enablement and transformation, preferably within FI
-Experience creating training strategies, materials and programs, preferably within a data group
-Strong change management experience
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Experience managing external vendor partnerships and working with various internal teams
-Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
