Insight Global is looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Control Officer (PCO) to join one of the big 5 banks DT Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, financials, and administration, with the ability to quickly grasp project context and manage stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
Governance: Manage meeting minutes, financials, and ensure adherence to governance protocols.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain a stakeholder register, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are identified and involved.
Project Context: Quickly understand the content and context of the project, including the people involved.
Task Management: Handle immediate tasks, including mapping, schedule management, and program-level roll-ups.
Tools: Utilize MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools to support both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
User Stories & Sprints: Manage user stories and sprints in Jira, ensuring smooth execution of Agile streams.
Administration: Provide administrative support to the project management team.

8+ years of experience in project management or program control roles.
Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with senior management, including directors.
Strong understanding of program-level project management.
Experience with payment-related projects, including deposits and payments, retail, corporate payment rails, wires, ACH, and EFT within the United States.
