We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Control Officer to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing comprehensive project control support. This includes monitoring project progress, managing project schedules, and ensuring adherence to project governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on project progress, including milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, providing timely updates and recommendations to project stakeholders.
Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial compliance with project plans.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO and contribute to the development of best practices.
