The ideal candidate will possess strong networking skills, including core routing, switching, and circuit troubleshooting, along with excellent customer service abilities.

2+ years of experience in a help-desk or network-related role.
Strong knowledge of core routing, switching, and circuit connectivity.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience with network-oriented tickets, particularly those supported by external vendors.
Understanding of the impact of connectivity issues due to circuit outages.
Familiarity with power and connectivity issues in a network environment.
