Insight Global is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant to join our global consulting client in a environment assessment project in the higher education industry. The ideal candidate will lead a solution/process assessment of PeopleSoft for a Canadian college. This role involves running workshops, analyzing business processes, and evaluating the current PeopleSoft solution to identify opportunities for optimization.
Responsibilities:
Potential to lead the implementation and configuration of PeopleSoft HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor).
Conduct workshops to gather and document business requirements.
Assess current business processes and PeopleSoft solutions to identify optimization opportunities.
Provide functional expertise and recommendations to clients through presentations and workshops.
Provide end-user training and support.

8+ years of consulting experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM with industry experience in Canadian Higher Education and/or Public Sector.
Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules and ability to asses current environement and provide recommendations for optimization.
Experience leading workshops and gathering business requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
