Job Description

Summary:
Insight Global is seeking a Digital Production Specialist to join our team and support the development and optimization of digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with Design, Copy, and Product teams to build and enhance website and app journeys using Contentful (CMS). Operating in a fast-paced agile environment, you will execute online experiments, provide project management support, and ensure seamless digital content launches.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-haves:
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Contentful
Strong project management skills, including experience with tools like Jira, CODA, and Slack
Ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment
Knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to have:
Experience with A/B testing and online experimentation
Background in digital production, web development, or UX
Familiarity with personalization strategies
Responsibilities:
Build and optimize website and app experiences using Contentful CMS, ensuring quality assurance
Manage project timelines and workflows, guiding cross-functional teams through execution
Work directly with stakeholders to collect briefs and materials for digital projects
Prioritize daily workflows and manage intake processes for the Digital Experience pod
Develop and refine workback schedules, ensuring efficient collaboration
Streamline processes and identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency
Support briefing processes and provide guidance on CMS and design capabilities
Document new features, project learnings, and process improvements
Execute and analyze A/B tests and online experiments to enhance user engagement
