Insight Global is seeking a PowerBI Developer to join a leading financial institution's analytics team. This is a hands-on role focused on designing and building PowerBI dashboards from scratch, supporting initiatives related to Canadian digital sales, home buyer transformation, and BBX (business banking tool). The team leverages data to generate insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in independent, heads-down development work with minimal stakeholder interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement PowerBI dashboards and reports from scratch to meet business needs.
Write and optimize intermediate-level SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting.
Apply basic SAS knowledge for data integration and analysis where applicable.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to understand data requirements and workflows.
Maintain a focus on development work with minimal stakeholder interaction.

2-4 years of experience in PowerBI development, including building dashboards from the ground up.
Proficiency in intermediate-level SQL.
Basic understanding of SAS.
Ability to work independently in a heads-down development role.
Previous banking experience
