Job Description
An Informatica MDM, IICS, Mulesoft expert with 15+ years of experience and extensive knowledge
in using these three technologies to design, develop, and implement data integration, data quality,
data governance, and data management solutions. The expert is responsible for understanding
the business requirements, data sources, data models, data flows, data transformations, data
validations, data mappings, and delivering high-quality, scalable, and robust Informatica MDM
solution to support various NNCI downstream systems using the best practices and methodologies
of Informatica MDM, IICS, and Mulesoft

Required Skills & Experience
Expert in Informatica MDM platform, architecture, data model, match and merge processes,
creating Mappings, Trust and Validation rules, Match Path, Match Column, Match rules.
* Expert in creation and maintenance of entity objects, hierarchies, entity types, relationship
objects. Relationship types using Hierarchy tool to enable Hierarchy Manager (HM) in MDM
HUB implementation. Hands on experience in design and configuration of landing tables,
staging tables, base objects, hierarchies, foreign - key relationships, lookups, query groups,
queries/custom queries and packages.
* Expert in core Informatica MDM Hub components such as Informatica MDM Hub Console,
Hub Store, Hub Server, Cleanse Match Server, Cleanse Adapter, Data Modeling, Merge
properties and Batch Group creation, Provisioning tool, and Customer 360 UI.
* Expert in IICS application and data integration layers, IICS secure agent, and IICS cloud.
* Expert in IDQ Developer and Informatica Administrator.
* Expert in Mulesoft Anypoint Studio, Mulesoft Experience API, Mulesoft System API, Mulesoft
Process API, Mulesoft Reference Translation API, Mulesoft API Manager, Mulesoft Runtime
Manager, Mulesoft DataWeave, Mulesoft Connectors, and Mulesoft Flows.
* Expert knowledge of MS SQL Server connectivity from Informatica environments, MS SQL
Server relational databases, data modeling, and T-SQL.
* Expert in data integration to/from Informatica MDM to Cloud CRM platform.
* Experience in assembling large, complex structured/unstructured data sets that meet
functional / non-functional business requirements.
* Quick learner, Expert in analytics and problem-solving, Expert in recommending sound
solutions with best practices, Excellent communication skills, Works independently.
* Expert knowledge of systems analysis and design techniques.
* Knowledge of all phases of the project and system development methodologies.
* Education Level: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or
related field preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of Veeva / Salesforce.com CRM platform & data integration to/from Veeva with
Informatica MDM.
* Pharmaceutical data experience especially HCP/HCO master data, IQVIA OneKey data and
its API connector, IQVIA data.
