The Sr Program Scheduler is tasked with developing and maintaining project plans and schedules. This role involves performing risk analysis, resolving critical path and network logic conflicts, and utilizing project management techniques such as Gantt charts, PERT, milestone charts, and earned value management to monitor progress and identify performance variances. The Specialist communicates both within and outside the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes, and approaches. They recommend system and process enhancements and may manage projects or processes with general supervision. Additionally, the Specialist may oversee entire projects or processes within their job area and provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.

- Minimum 8 years of prior related experience as an Program / Project Scheduler
- 3 years of experience working with the following software's; MS Projects, Cobra, Atlassian (Confluence & Jira Programs)
- Experience with Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR)
- Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, integrating and managing changes, and performing risk management
Required to hold or have the ability to obtain reliability security clearance
Industry Experience within the Aerospace, Defence and or Naval industry.
