Insight Global is looking for a Business Manager for one of our largest technology clients. This individual will support day-to-day operations and planning. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure design, communication, and alignment in the creation and implementation of strategy execution plans and support the annual budget process under the direction of others. Leverages knowledge of the leader's goals and approach to ensure team activities are aligned with the leader's objectives. Tracks the use of role-based compliance training and new training, as well as leading collaborating on culture initiatives (e.g., Diversity and Inclusion [D&I], hiring, onboarding) while partnering with Human Resources (HR) to do so. Additionally, this individual will analyze performance metrics to support accountability for the team in executing core business activities. The role will consist of 25% meetings, 50% collaborative work/ check-ins, 25% heads down.
The purpose of this team is to manage the processes and rhythm of business for ISD Americas. Their responsibilities include forecasting financials, managing leakage, coordinating reporting on strategic initiatives, and providing information for portfolio health reviews, monthly business reviews, and mid-month operational reviews. Essentially, they ensure that delivery leaders have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
Key projects: This role will contribute to helping with initiatives for improvement, automation, and providing insights from data.

- 2 to 5 years of experience as a business manager (ideally in a consulting business)
- 1-2 years of enterprise experience
- Experience working with stakeholders
- Communication, design and implementation of strategy execution plans
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience working across multiple countries
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI
- Expert in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Accounting degree or a financial analyst background
