We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with extensive experience in payments, specifically Visa and debit modernization. This is a unique opportunity to lead a brand-new program with initial seed funding of $3.5 million. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the payments industry and be able to manage financials end-to-end. We are looking for someone with strong banking experience and who comes from an application development background/strong application focus. You will lead the program from inception, managing seed funding and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Additional Information:
The role requires on-site presence every Tuesday and the second Friday of each month.
The candidate should be prepared for a busy and dynamic work environment, supporting multiple high-priority programs.

Proven experience as a Program Manager, particularly in payments and Visa/debit modernization.
Strong understanding of financial management and end-to-end program delivery.
Banking background/experience.
Familiar with POS side of the house.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
