How will you create an impact?
Facilitate and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process for the Digital Games Segment.
Prepare monthly financial statements for all legal entities within the Digital Games Creative Center to be provided as part of the consolidated Spin Master monthly reporting.
Assess Digital Games assets for indicators of impairment (quarterly) and complete annual assessment for impairment.
Full ownership over legal entity reporting and statutory audits for entities within the Digital Games Creative Center.
Support the Companys M&A process as it relates to the Digital Games Creative Center including due diligence, disclosure, post-acquisition integration, subsequent earn out calculations.
Manage monthly financial reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet, and complex financial variance analysis.
Manage accounting for capital assets for Digital Games Centers. Support forecasting and budgeting initiatives.
Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Support Internal and External audit requirements to facilitate quarterly and annual audits and ensure compliance.
Regularly review and update procedures to align with evolving accounting standards and best practices.
Monitor and assess changes in accounting regulations and industry trends, ensuring compliance and proactively adapting financial processes as needed.
Drive process improvements to standardize build efficiencies and ensure best practices are employed while leveraging systems, automation, and other solutions as needed.
Perform ad hoc projects as needed during the year.
