Insight Global is looking for a junior Digital Marketing Consultant to join a large banking client downtown Toronto.
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Executes routine digital support ticket tasks such as website requests, social media requests, etc.
o Make edits to Advisor web portfolios including content & layout updates
Develops solutions to problems that align to program goals.
Maintains/updates the global content library.
Gathers and formats data analytics into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
Provides customer service by responding to general questions via phone, email or support ticket in a timely and professional manner; includes acting as a main point of contact for certain customer requests.
o Must be able to handle & prioritize a large volume of tickets while providing meaningful support to the client
Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
