Job Description

This role will contribute to managing contracts, especially with the government, involving a lot of administrative work. This includes managing contracts that require detailed administrative tasks essential for doing business with governments.

Ensure constant compliance with formal engagements listed in Government Master Agreements
Maintain close relationships with Commercial Executive team to ensure constant compliancy between OST/DPA and negotiated contractual terms
Contract Management & Administration
Maintain strict configuration control and baselines so that there is one source of truth for contract catalog data
Develop and maintain a French contract catalog consisting of thousands of products and services.
Ensure the contract catalog is updated timely per contract requirements by developing processes and relationships with multiple internal product groups
Maintain excellent relationships with customer & partner counterparts managing our contracts and cloud operations
Be comfortable with ambiguity and be prepared to support the development of processes and governance.
Build relationships within the community
Be a problem solver who enjoys wearing multiple hats and digging in to make things happen
Have an entrepreneurial spirit that is passionate about building processes within a fast-paced environment
Support internal / external audit activities as well as data requests from internal / external customers.
Conduct special projects as assigned.
Serve as Business Owner for web-based catalog and calculator
10 to 20% of the time spent in meetings.
A significant portion of the role involves orchestration and process following, such as validating contracts, emailing for approval, getting signatures, and creating amendments based on specific requirements.
The role also entails project management tasks, focusing on managing contracts with a lot of processes involved

Required Skills & Experience

- Bilingual French
- 2-3 years of experience as a program/project coordinator/admin
- 1+ year of experience working with government contracts/RFPs/RFQs
- Must have a track record of demonstrated analytical skills
- Must be a critical thinker and have experience questioning information, validating assumptions, and understanding the links between ideas
- Bachelors degree ideally in business
- Master level experience with excel demonstrated experience with Vlookups, Xlookups, pivot tables, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Government contracts
- Experience and familiarity with cloud computing and/or product price lists
- Database experience
