Insight Global is looking for a Scrum Master to join a leading insurance company on a 6 month contract basis with likely extension. You will apply agile as well as traditional methodologies and disciplines while overseeing key project deliverables across multiple streams of work. Key responsibilities will include the setup of governance frameworks, cadences, and boards for successful delivery, and facilitating all scrum ceremonies. This role requires being onsite in the downtown Toronto office on Thursdays.

5+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related business field as a Scrum Master
Expertise applying well documented Agile techniques, including user stories, backlog tracking, burndown techniques, velocity, Acceptance Test driven development and Continuous Testing
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent certification
Strong communication management as you will be interacting with multiple teams
Insurance background with a focus on Home and Auto
Knowledge of Guidewire systems or Salesforce Platforms
Large Program Experience handing teams of 1000+ people
