This is What You Will Be Doing In This Role:
* Develop and implement strategic account plans.
* Drive revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
* Pursue long-term account strategies for profit maximization.
* Identify, develop, and manage channel partners to achieve channel goals.
* Understand customers' organizational structures and key buying influences.
* Perform customer presentations to articulate product/service value propositions.
* Suggest improvements for volume, market share, and price levels to management.
* Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and operating plans.

* BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree; Industrial Engineering degree is a plus.
* 5-8 years of successful experience in complex solution sales or related field; 5+ years in logistics and automation preferred.
* Existing relationships in warehouse automation industry or some kind of book of business they can tap into.
* High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Salesforce proficiency preferred.
* Willingness to travel within Canada.
* Training in strategic selling methodologies like Miller Heiman is an asset.
* Experience in automotive, transportation, and robotics industries in Canada
* Hands-on experience with AGVs, robots, and conveyor solutions
* You are an individual contributor (hunter) versus coming from a sales management background.
Material handling experience is a plus.
Previous experience at a competitor.
