The Systems Developer will manage the technical components of production assets, collaborate with a full-stack team, and consult on solution design and architectural decisions. They will review team documentation, address medium and low priority production incidents with an SLA of 85%, and engage in project work during the static testing phase. Additionally, they will develop and prioritize the roadmap for enhancements. This role is hybrid, and onsite 1x/week in Guelph or Toronto.
Day-to-Day:
Technical Components Management (40%):
- Oversee the technical components of the production asset in its entirety.
- Collaborate with a full-stack team to manage business relationships.
- Provide consultation on solution design and architectural decisions.
Documentation Review and Incident Management (30%):
- Review team documentation on operations and projects.
- Address and resolve production incidents, focusing on medium and low priority issues.
- Ensure production incident resolution meets or exceeds an SLA of 85%.
Project Work and Static Testing (20%):
- Engage in in-flight project work, particularly in the SDLC phase of static testing.
- Assess downstream impacts from data ingestion using Informatica Power Center.
Roadmap and Enhancements (10%):
- Develop and prioritize the roadmap for enhancements over the coming months.
- Implement scheduled enhancements as prioritized by the Steering Committee.

- 4+ years as a systems developer with hands-on experience in master data management principles.
- Proficiency in Informatica Power Center.
- Experience in gathering data requirements.
- Familiarity with hub and spoke integration models.
- Experience with DB2.
- Experience working with HR data sets.
- Knowledge of Stonebranch.
