Insight Global is hiring a Digital Content Publisher/Specialist for a 6-month contract with potential extensions. The role involves managing and optimizing content within CMS Contentful, ensuring alignment with brand standards, and applying SEO best practices. Responsibilities include handling media assets, scheduling and publishing content, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders. The candidate will act as the SME within Contentful, supporting onboarding and troubleshooting. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in content management, preferably within large enterprises, and the ability to work on-site in Downtown Toronto twice a week.

Knowledge of content modelling techniques, in headless CMS environments, to create scalable and reusable content structures.
Experience in effectively communicating content strategy to stakeholders, advocating for content as a key business asset.
Other technical knowledge in: Angular, JSON, XML, REACT and Next.js
