Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Digital Content Publisher/Specialist for a 6-month contract with potential extensions. The role involves managing and optimizing content within CMS Contentful, ensuring alignment with brand standards, and applying SEO best practices. Responsibilities include handling media assets, scheduling and publishing content, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders. The candidate will act as the SME within Contentful, supporting onboarding and troubleshooting. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in content management, preferably within large enterprises, and the ability to work on-site in Downtown Toronto twice a week.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
5 years of experience in content production, digital marketing, or a related field ideally in a banking environment
Strong English-language skills Bilingual French a plus.
Experience in developing content architecture, navigation, and taxonomy frameworks to improve content findability and user experience.
Proficiency in SEO, content optimization, content workflow enhancements, and digital content best practices.
Proficiency in using Contentful, Contentstack, AEM and similar headless platforms.
Experience in creating multilingual and regional content strategies, ensuring cultural relevance, and maintaining consistency across global markets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-discipline teams and work effectively with clients.
Working knowledge of issue-tracking tools like Jira or WorkFront.
Familiarity and knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web publishing.
Familiarity with UX design principles and how they intersect with content strategies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of content modelling techniques, in headless CMS environments, to create scalable and reusable content structures.
Experience in effectively communicating content strategy to stakeholders, advocating for content as a key business asset.
Other technical knowledge in: Angular, JSON, XML, REACT and Next.js
