The Personalization Strategist is responsible delivering Personalization and Web Experimentation,
specifically: personalization and experimentation strategy (30%), initiative coordination and delivery
(20%), relationship/stakeholder management (20%), and analysis/research/reporting (30%). The Personalization Strategy Lead will manage the Personalization and Web Experimentation practice and strategy for dedicated Lines of Business. They need to actively find ways we can improve
customer experience through test & learn tactics and delivering revenue-driven business impact

Have 1-3 years of experience in Personalization or Web Experimentation (e.g., Adobe Target,
Optimizely, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, or similar), UX Strategy, or Digital
Analytics.
Proficient with web experimentation and statistical concepts (e.g., statistical significance,
Multivariate testing, etc.)
A solid understanding of user research methods: qualitative and quantitative.
A solid understanding of how web technologies work.
A solid understanding of UX and digital analytics.
Excel at finding insights in data, and creative solutions to problems you pride yourself on
being a critical thinker and a self-starter who finds new opportunities in your work.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in working with an agile technology
team as a Product Owner. (Jira, Rally, Adobe Workfront or similar)
Comfortable with defining experimentation and personalization strategies based on business
objectives, lead with a hypothesis and translate them into actionable tests & implementation
plans.
Ability to present to large audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Strong relationship-management skills to establish productive working relationships with
internal stakeholders.
