Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Project Coordinator to join a large banking client. The selected candidate will be responsible for task assignment, maintaining internal workflows, monitoring workloads, tracking project budgets, progress, and timelines. They will work closely with the entire team to ensure the successful completion of email campaigns

Duties & Responsibilities
Project setup, task creation, assignment, scheduling, etc.
Ensure our project management software is up-to-date throughout a project's life cycle
Communicate with the team and ensure all members understand their week to week task assignments
Maintain awareness of our teams progress towards project deliverables
Team resourcing and workload monitoring
Work with the team to create project plans and schedules
Report on project timelines, budgets, forecasts, etc
Schedule internal check-ins, reviews, and presentations
Identify and manage project risks, contribute to the risk register, and escalate risks to company leadership that cannot be resolved within the team
Take the initiative to simplify, improve, or add new helpful processes wherever possible
Run point on testing/QA for your email campaigns (using Litmus)
Analyze the results for all campaigns and journeys - and recommend optimizations based on the data
Conduct A/B testing to support email optimizations
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and measurement
Independent contributor who is self-driven and an effective collaborator
Thorough understanding of data privacy and CASL
Other duties as assigned to support our Digital Communications Roadmap

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years enterprise email experience in a digital marketing environment - managing cross-brand communication.
Ability to organize and manage 20 + email campaigns at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Experience using Adobe Work Front as a PM tool
Working knowledge of email development: HTML, CSS (can communicate technical terms to non-technical stakeholders)
Understand email campaign lifecycle
Knowledge of Email testing (Creative QA)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
