Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join a large clinical client on a 12 month contract on-site in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing shipping request for B2B and B2C customers. Previous experience handling customer calls/emails and shipping communications is crucial to succeed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-2 years experience working as a Logistics Coordinator for medium to large sized organizations (preference for clinical background).

- Strong customer service experience and the ability to handle challenging customers.

- Previous logistics experience pertaining to shipping protocols and procedures.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt when procedures change.

- Previous Clinical industry Experience

- Tech Savvy and willingness to learn new tools
