Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Carrier Relations Specialist to one of a top asset based and 3PL operating Transportation company. The Carrier Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining strong business partnerships with external carriers. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams (account management, operations, and leadership) to ensure seamless shipment execution. The successful candidate will manage and monitor our carrier base while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years related experience with cross border and Canadian domestic shipments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships

- Analytical, data analysis, creative thinking and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
