Insight Global is looking for a Sr Scrum Master to join the team at a large financial institution in downtown Toronto. The individual will be supporting the Native iOS and Android teams within Digital Technology. We are looking for someone who is team oriented and focused on continuous improvement to lead 2-4 teams within an Agile methodology and framework. You will be responsible for facilitating agile practices, resolving impediments, and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with product owners, developers, business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of vision, goals, and expectations. You will also coach and mentor the team on agile values, principles, and practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.

-Strong digital experience in the banking or financial industry, with a solid understanding of the business domain, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
- Background in software development, either as a business systems analyst, developer, or quality assurance engineer, with a strong understanding of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence to manage projects, track progress, document requirements, and communicate effectively
- Experience in working with both waterfall and agile methodologies, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
-Demonstrated knowledge and practice of Continuous Improvement
