Job Description

We have an opportunity for a full-time Forklift Operator to move packages and material around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care and attention to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around the warehouse, storage spaces and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

What You'll Do:

Safely unload and load materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and racking systems and stack them or organize them in assigned places.

Locate and move stock to pallets or designated areas.

Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies while working in partnership with the Supply Procurement team.

Move merchandise, supplies, and / or boxes repetitively.

Transport raw materials and finished goods to production workstations and outbound trailers.

Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and communicate with the facilities team.

Maintain Vehicle Inspection sheet daily.

Help to maintain a safe and clean work environment for all staff members.

Perform all job tasks assigned by the leadership staff to achieve daily productivity.

Support the production and fulfillment teams as necessary.

Follows safety regulations and maintains compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices.



Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls

Adjust body movements or equipment controls to keep pace with speed changes of moving objects

See details of objects that are less than a few feet away

Determine the distance between objects



Desired Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.

1 year experience Driving Stand Up Reach Truck & Sit Down required.

1 year experience in a similar manufacturing setting is preferred.

Forklift Certification preferred.

General knowledge of computers.

Must work effectively as a team member.

Excellent attendance record.

English language (written and verbal) preferred.

Attention to detail.
