This position is responsible for the governance and daily operational support of the end-to-end life cycle of our gift card programs. In this role, individual will utilize problem solving and analysis to drive business outcomes and respond to franchisee owners' inquiries. The role requires coordinating and managing offshore team members in execution of daily routines as well as dealing with escalations. You will work cross-functionally, and play a key role is communicating expectations between teams for POS set-up and overall payment solutions.
Core responsibilities:
· Performing monthly reconciliations and journal entries for our Gift card program
· Performing root cause analysis and problem solving for any disputes and inquiries sent by franchisees
· Liaison with our gift card and banking partners to execute on tasks (e.g., merchant setup and logistics) and to resolve disputes
· Data analysis and reporting for core processes
· Managing team to ensure proper tracking and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
· Ensure end to end process standard operation procedures are current and executed against
