The ServiceNow Solution Architect is pivotal in shaping solution architecture for various Business & Technology initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, conducting fit/gap analysis, designing technical solutions, developing scopes of work and resource estimates, and contributing to project management plans. Collaboration with the design and development team is essential to define technical solutions adhering to best practices. Key expertise encompasses scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS, along with familiarity with Microservices architecture, cloud-native solutions, and ServiceNow integration technologies such as Integration Hub, SSO, REST/HTTP API, and JDBC. Proficiency in agile and traditional software methodologies, along with strong decision-making, consensus building, and communication skills, are integral to success in this role.

5 to 10 years' Solution Architecture experience with a FOCUS on ServiceNow (must be more than a few years of experience)
Telecom order management or Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM), including Order Management, Hardware Asset Management, ITSM & thorough understanding of related processes
Certified Implementation Specialist CIS certification
Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
Bachelors Degree = required
Strong ability to come up with a scope of work i.e. eliciting requirements, lead a workshop, whiteboarding, and current state assessments
- E.g. Implement hardware asset management
Ability to present to senior management teams to complement funding
Hands-on experience of automation and orchestration of business processes within ServiceNow for Telecom Order Management, Hardware Asset Management, ITSM, CSM is a MUST
Microsoft Dynamics 365, ITSM Remedy, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Power BI, Oracle, and SQL Server Database
