3-5 yrs experience in media planning and buying, digital marketing and/or advertising including execution and the evaluation of effectiveness of media campaigns that drive strong ROAS.
Ability to multitask in a fast-pace environment managing multiple brands and internal stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, ability to identity useful insights and make fact-based decisions, recommendations and changes to live in-market media plans
Growth mindset and a passion for learning and keeping up with trends at both a macro and micro level (cross screen, media, digital and social media landscapes)

Determining the media strategy and optimal channel mix, including planning principles/guidelines across TV, streaming, digital (YouTube), social etc for over 30 brands annually
Drive subject matter expertise by staying current on trends across evolving digital/emerging media channels and related technologies
Builds relationships with US Marketing, Market Analytics, Creative, Sales, Account Management and Global Business Units and provides guidance on media best practices
Staying up to date on media trends, ensuring Spin Master remains at the forefront of change and innovation in the media landscape
Agency management: includes pushing for greater engagement, efficiencies, thought leadership, agency evaluations, process & strategy development
Participates directly in the presentation of marketing plans and/or in the discussion of media problems with brands, as required
Maintaining relationships with key network and media partners (Nickelodeon, Disney, Cartoon Network, Google, Facebook etc...)
Providing competitive deep dives and ratings analyses when requested
Audience insights analysis -- being an expert on Kids' media, consumption behavior changes and updates in the media landscape
Development and execution of test and learn opportunities with clear and concise objectives and share actionable results
Maintains, tracks and keep source of market and media information, including market research, competitive reports and other media financials as required
