Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our client in the food production space. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities will include desk-side support and diagnosing issues related to laptop/desktop setup, printers, and handheld scanners. You will be required to provide support to all plants onsite, and will be equipped with a radio walkie-talkie to communicate with other team members.

Required Skills & Experience

-3-5 years of experience IT tech support

-Experience with desktop, laptop, printer setup/troubleshooting/diagnostics

-Experience using ticketing systems and Microsoft 365

-Experience with network configuration/diagnostics preferred

-Able to work fully onsite in Brampton, ON

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Cisco and networking experience

-Troubleshooting issues with handheld scanners

-ZenDesk
