Insight Global is looking for an Administration Specialist to a top construction client for a 12-month contract in Oakville. This individual will collaborate with various department and project teams to complete administration tasks related to construction projects. They will be required to be proficient with various software systems, including MS Word, Teams, Excel, and Share Point. The Administration Specialist will be responsible for supporting both in person at the front desk and over the phone. They will store, retrieve, and sort files, order and maintain inventory of office supplies, and coordinate and arrange internal meetings and events.
- 2+ years of administration/clerical experience (construction industry experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience and ability to navigate and adapt to various outside online platforms to access client documents and information
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency.
