Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to deliver messaging, positioning and go-to-market for which serving medium and large businesses. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented professional who has a proven track record of creating engaging content aligned to brand messaging. The Manager is responsible for owning, scoping, and producing content assets across mediums and stages of the buyer's journey. This person takes the lead to propose new content ideas and ways to measure results. The marketing team is a highly collaborative group of experts across digital, event, brand, client marketing, product marketing and marketing automation disciplines.

The Manager has experience in content marketing and is passionate about how storytelling can spark the imagination of B2B audiences. Responsibilities include:

* Owning quarterly content plans, with assets that complete stages of the buyer journey and CTAs that open interest in its products

* Producing excellent content for customers -- such as guides, videos, brochures, and best practice articles.

* Managing strategic initiatives and programs to drive new customer adoption and help existing clients get more value out of our solutions

* Working proactively to deepen overall understanding the market, customers, and products.

* Delivering and reporting on product marketing performance and metrics using UTMs to help evaluate the success of assets

* Managing agencies and content publishing to CMS, YouTube, and website



This position is part of the Solutions Marketing & Insights team which includes Product Marketing, Business Unit Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Analyst Relations, Market Insights, Pricing Strategy, and Pre-Sale Product Experience. The team's areas of focus are:

* Bring an external perspective to everything that we do;

* Elevate our product focus and drive strategic launches with impact;

* Increase demand for companies offerings through a data-driven approach.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in education and work experience.

* Payroll and/or HR technology product experience with proven results.

* Minimum of 2 years in product marketing

* HR Technology product marketing experience with proven results.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Knowledge and experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)

* Experience working within large, global businesses.

* Expertise using Seismic or other content management platforms; managing YouTube video channel content; Canva; PowerPoint
